This photograph originates from the International Magazine Services photo archive. IMS was a editorial photo archive in Scandinavia founded in 1948 but evolved from older archives that have images in the collection also. The archive is in great condition and been in storage for a long time and the images in the collection are now being sold off one by one. The images in this archive where distributed in only 10-15 copies around the world at the time and many copies have been lost or damaged during time, each copy from the collection is therefore very rare and unique. This kind of rare images are not only a great thing to own but also a great investment. Own a piece of history with this great photography memorabilia. By purchasing a photo from IMXPIX Images, copyright does not transfer. We are selling these photos as collectibles only and no copyright is implied. Benidorm star Tim Healy took time out of filming in Spain’s Costa Blanca this week to spread a little sunshine back home. The North East favourite was keen to show his support to a Teesside-based charity when he endorsed a fund-raising song by his pal Roy Chubby Brown. Healy, a well-known supporter of local charities, broke from recording the new series of the ITV1 sitcom in the Spanish sun to praise the Teesside comedian who has released a CD in aid of Zoe’s Place, a baby hospice in Middlesbrough. Brown’s music and words were inspired by a visit to the hospice in Normanby and the track, named after the hospice, is performed by singer Sarah Wise. It’s now selling well and has already won support from the likes of Alan Shearer. Healy said: “I am delighted that Roy is helping Zoe’s Place in the Boro and it’s fantastic that he has already raised thousands for the children’s cause on Teesside. He received a copy of it from BBC Tees presenter Paul ‘Goffy’ Gough, who is also a friend of Brown’s and happens to work in Costa Blanca with his Goffy Media company. He said: “Goffy joined us on set with the CD for a wonderful cause and I just wanted to give the project my backing too. The actor no longer lives in the region but retains strong ties through his support for charities Children North East and the Sammy Johnson Memorial Fund which he co-founded to support emerging local talent. ” He has also known comic and keen musician Brown for years. “We shared many a stage in that great period for North clubland when cabaret was king and venues across the region were chock-a-block with members, and concert halls were bouncing with happy people on most nights of the week. Brown, who’s still performing country-wide at the age of 70, said: “It was really kind of Tim to take time out to back my charity work. The comic said not many people realise Healy is a gifted musician himself because he’s so well known as an actor. “It was terrific to see the Benidorm team in action,” he said. “There was a great buzz around the place and Tim told me how much he loved working as part of the team, and about the unique bond they share.
